  I get the same thing probably every week or two at least Original chicken sandwich ,no lettuce, add cheese. Not that hard. I always get a chicken Pattie that the cheese has been smeared off because they put lettuce on it, (sometimes they realize it), and wipe all of my cheese off and give it back to me.! So I always get a sandwich with bots of lettuce and no cheese. Today, same thing. I drove back around because all my cheese was smeared off so I could fix it to replace what they smeared off. I look at it again, it was still the same Every single time!
  
  Since the remodel, the staff is definitely friendlier.
  
  ORDER STILL IS NEVER RIGHT. AND, IF I order a large don't give me a medium fry!

  Made my order correct and in a timely fashion. A bit dark at night, need to brighten up the outside, more lights.

  I received an incorrect sandwich in the drive thru, went inside to to get the correct sandwich and they put the sandwich I already opened/touched back on the heat rack. They then gave me another sandwich, that I opened right there in front of them and other customers.......it was wrong again. They put that sandwich back on the heat rack too. YUCK!
  
  I did the online survey and have not been contacted yet. It's been almost 2 weeks ago.
